My HealtheVet is hosting on-site support events for veterans in various locations this October.

The schedule is as follows:

- **Binghamton**: October 7, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 203 Court St, Binghamton, NY.

- **Rome**: October 10, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 125 Brookley Rd #510, Rome, NY.

- **Ithaca**: October 15, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 2309 N. Triphammer Rd, Ithaca, NY.

- **Auburn**: October 18, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 47 E. Genesee St, Auburn, NY.

Additionally, My HealtheVet is transitioning to a new single sign-in process that will use Id.me and Login.gov. After January 31, 2025, veterans will no longer be able to sign into VA websites, apps, or My HealtheVet with a user ID and password.

Veterans who do not switch to the new secure sign-in will not have their eligibility, benefits, or healthcare affected. However, they will lose access to manage their VA information and benefits online.
