The Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY, is offering free beginner qigong infused yoga sessions every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a mat or blanket, water, and a positive attitude. No prior experience in yoga or qigong is necessary.
