Rhea Ogden Arrested for Criminal Contempt in Penn Yan

The Penn Yan Police Department reported the arrest of Rhea Ogden, 60, of Penn Yan, for Criminal Contempt in the second degree. Ogden was found at the residence of an individual who has a stay away order of protection against her. Following her arrest, she was taken to the police department and issued an appearance ticket. Ogden is scheduled to appear in Village Court at a later date.
