Penn Yan Man Ticketed for Open Alcohol Container

Brian S. Jayne, 41, of Penn Yan, was ticketed by the Penn Yan Police Department for having an open container of alcohol. The incident occurred when Jayne was found consuming an alcoholic beverage on a public sidewalk. He has been issued an appearance ticket to appear in Penn Yan Village Court to respond to the charge at a later date.
