Dresden Man Arrested for Assault After Fight

William J. Partridge, 42, of Dresden, has been arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department for Assault in the third degree. The arrest occurred after officers responded to a local establishment regarding a fight. During the incident, Partridge struck another patron, resulting in physical injury. He was issued an appearance ticket and has been released to appear in Village Court at a later date.
