Dove Block Opens 2026 Arts Programming Call

The Dove Block Project has announced an open call for programming proposals for its upcoming 2026 season. The organization is inviting creative individuals and groups to submit ideas for workshops and other arts activities. The proposals are due by September 1, 2025.

The Dove Block Project provides access to a professional gallery space as well as equipment and materials for workshops, which include printmaking, painting, photography, drawing, among other disciplines. The initiative aims to serve the Finger Lakes region by offering diverse, accessible arts programming.

The call for proposals is part of an effort to promote art and community engagement, while also highlighting the legacy of Arthur Dove, an important figure in modern art. Additional details and guidelines for submission can be found by contacting The Dove Block Project Community Arts Center.
