Core Strengthening Exercises at Sands Family YMCA

The YMCA of Greater Rochester, located in Canandaigua, shared a message about improving core strength. In a recent session at the Sands Family YMCA, instructors Rachel and Amy Jo demonstrated several core exercises. The exercises included zig-zag wood chops, hover leg lifts, and commando crawls. The YMCA promotes healthy living and encourages participation in fitness activities.
