Dr. Joy H. Glaser, an alumna of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, returned to the Geneva campus to meet with pre-med students in the Vandervort Room during a Science Forum event. Dr. Glaser, who earned degrees in 1962, along with additional credentials in 1989, 1997, and 2019, discussed her career and shared insights with students.

Her career achievements include work in confronting HIV/AIDS while promoting a movement for compassionate care, uncovering the viral cause of an infant liver disease, and advancing opportunities for women in medicine.
